This programme combines commerce with specialisations in accounting and finance which will allow graduates to pursue careers that require these complementary disciplines. Students will study accounting, business law, auditing and financial management as well as key business fundamentals that prepare them well to succeed in the global marketplace. Internship opportunities at the end of each academic year will also provide valuable exposure to real-world practices.
STPM : Minimum 2 principals (C) (CGPA 2.0) in 2 subjects and pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level
A-levels : Minimum 2 principals (E)
UEC : Minimum 5 credits (B6) and pass (C8) in Mathematics and English
UCSI Foundation programmes : Minimum CGPA 2.0
Matriculation from local universities : Minimum CGPA 2.0
Recognised Foundation from any IPTA & IPTS : Minimum CGPA 2.0
Recognised Diplomas from any IPTA & IPTS in the related field : Minimum CGPA 2.0
Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree/equivalent or other recognised equivalent qualifications : Case-by-case basis
English Language Requirements
For local student:
A distinction (A+, A, or A-) in the English Language subject at SPM/UEC level. If the English Language requirement is not met, student may be required to take an additional English module(s) prior to or concurrently with the undergraduate program based on the University’s decision.
For international student:
At least IELTS Band 5.5 or TOEFL 550 or its equivalent (as stipulated by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia).
